相性って英語でなんと言いますか？

会社に受かるのは縁と相性だ。。。
ここでいう相性って英語でなんと言いますか？

相性がいい＝ウマが合うことをcompatibleと言います。

chemistryはどちらかというと第一印象とかピンと来る感じ。どっちも広い意味では相性です。

If you work with a company for long time, that means you are compatible with your company.
ウマが合うので同じ会社に長く居座る。You feel comfortable with you company.ということですね。

chemistryの場合は、
Because I got a chemistry, I decided to work with my company.
ピンと来た、ここだと思った、という感じでしょうね。

　縁、相性は、どうかすると英語ではかぶる表現ですね。

単語がぴったり対応することはなさそうです。

If I'm very lucky and fit enough for the job/company, they'll employ me (as a regular worker).
