「あなたがかなり忙しいってことは
私は充分わかってるよ。
でももっと構ってよ！！！」

構ってよ→強制する感じではなく甘えた感じで表現したいです。

あと
「もちろんあなたは空港まで迎えに来てくれるよね？
空港からあなたの家までタクシーで行けなんて言わないよね？」

Of course, you will come to pick me up at the airport, won't you?
Don't tell me to take a taxi to your house from the airport, will you?

You are coming to see me at the airport, right?
I hope you don't say you aren't taking a cab to your home.
