「私は、アレルギー、そして寒暖差でも蕁麻疹が出ます。
最近は寒いところから暖かい部屋に入ると蕁麻疹が出て困っています。」

は英語でどう説明すれば通じますか？

I am allergic, and I come out in a rash if temperature falls or rises abruptly.

The problem is that whenever I come from a cold place to a warm room, I come out in a rash.

I have allergies and some temperature changes cause skin rashes.

Recently I have been annoyed with rashes when I enter the warm room from outside where it is cold.

I'm allergic and get hives even from temperature changes.

These days just coming in from the cold to a warm room makes me break out in hives.
