Q：Is Ireland a part of the UK?
A：No, Ireland isn't a part of the UK, but Northern Ireland is part of the UK.
（英文の意味はわかっています。）

上の英文で、なぜIrelandは"a part of the UK" で、
Northern Irelandは"part of the UK" なのでしょうか？
なぜ、Northern Irelandには”a”が付いていないのか、教えてください。

aの入れ忘れです。
