を英語にしたいのですが、
Buy the set of three get the one pack free
これであっているでしょうか？
3冊セットもプレゼントの一冊も、何種類かあるうちの１つのデザインのものだけこの企画をしているというような感じなので、
区別しやすいようにtheをつけてみたのですが。。

One pack freeだと、もう一セットただでもらえるように聞こえてしまいますよ。

Buy a set of three and get one free. これでも３冊セットを買うともう一セットがただと勘違いされる可能性があるので、もしノートとかならそのように言った方がいいと思います。

Buy a set of three and get a free extra notebook. または、Buy three and get one free (applied for only limited design)
( )の中が、限定されたデザインのみ適用という意味です。

３冊のうちの１冊が無料になるということなら

Buy a set of three for the price of two

３冊買うと、もう一冊おまけしてくれる、合計４冊持って帰るなら、
Buy a set of three, get one free
だと思います。
