生理的なアルコールに対する耐性（例えば体の中の分解酵素の遺伝子の違いが原因とか）の話であれば、toになります。

でもアルコールを飲むことに対しての寛容さという意味ならforですね。

to は対象が即物的なもの、medicine drug 手が届く物的な場合に使われる傾向があります。

対して、for は error kids ambiguity など精神的・抽象的な場合が多いようです。

この alcohol は、即物的と言うよりアルコール文化とでもいうべきものを含んでいるのだろうと推測しました。誘われてもしっかり断れるかどうかなども含めて、tolerance の意味かなと、

"tolerance 前置詞 alcohol"に該当する前置詞としては次のようなものが使われています:
　　for
　　to
　　of
　　against
　　with
　　toward

上記のうち"for"と"to"が最多で、一つの文書に"for"と"to"の両方を使用しているケースもかなりあります。この両者以外の前置詞の用例はあまり数が多くないようなので、ノンネイティブによるものである可能性があります。

なお、更に調べてみると上記６種類の前置詞以外のものが使われているケースもあるかも知れません。
