文法を教えてください

ビジネス英会話で
the happiest conversation is that of which nothing is distinctly remembered, but a grateful sense of pleasing impressionという文章がありました。

いみはわかるのですが、of whichの使い方がいまいちわかりません
これは意味的にはnothing of the happiest conversationということなのでしょうか

The happiest conversation is that of which nothing is distinctly remembered, but a general effect of pleasing impression.

至福の会話とは、はっきりと内容を思い出せないような会話であるが、好ましい印象をもたらすものをいう。


が、正確な文章だと思うんですが。

of which は whose のような用法（人じゃないのでof which）で｡

The happiest conversation は、それが nothing is distinctly remembered なんだけれど、a general effect of pleasing impression なものですよ。

The happiest conversation is that of which nothing is distinctly remembered, but a grateful sense of pleasing impression.

=The happiest conversation is A KIND OF CONVERSATION. And nothing OF THE CONVERSATION is distinctly remembered, but IT IS a grateful sense of pleasing impression.
一番理想的な会話とはその内容をはっきりいつまでも覚えているような会話ではなく、楽しかったという印象だけが残る会話のことです。

of which: of the conversation

最も幸せな会話は、

「that of which」 nothing is distinctly remembered,
「会話の中身」がはっきりとした記憶に残っていなくても、

but a grateful sense of pleasing impression
でも、心地よい印象の残っている会話です。
