なんとなくこんな訳ができたのですが、合ってますでしょうか？

のところがうまく訳せません。

英語の方に誤字があります。

誤字と考えないと意味が通じません。

the [team] used in chess for an expert player
↓
the [term] used in chess for an expert player (熟練のプレイヤーに対するチェスで使われる言葉）

had [reaced] that level of performance
↓
had [reached] that level of performance (そのレベルの腕前に達する）

従って全文は『チェスプレイヤーの調査に基づくと、グランドマスター(熟練のプレイヤーに対するチェスで使われる言葉)には誰一人として最低でも10年の練習なくしてその腕前に達した人はいないことを彼等は発見した。』
