Japan vs Saudi Arabia
2025/03/25 19:30~

①Saudi Arabia's setting is mid-range. Center-stitched. Guided to the side.
Cut off the course so that it doesn't get in between the lines.
The moment the ball is passed to the DH and WB, grab it.
CF and WG rush to take it in response to the back pass, and a short counter is activated.

②Japan's setting is also mid-range. However, in the first half, there are situations where they switch Maeda to high pressure.
Especially when there is a back pass or when he is in the unfamiliar left or right SB.

③Japan's build-up is the same as always, [no tactics].
They run around in circles. Therefore, they don't get in between the lines.
They fall into the pattern of ① and get counterattacked.
Because that's scary, they just kick it towards the WB or the front line.

All Wataru can do is drop to the last line to try to avoid the press.
The usual "improvisational idiot soccer."

Moriyasu watched and applauded. The coach did nothing.

In the end, players were simply substituted and time passed aimlessly.

If they were to score, it would be from an opponent's mistake or a deflection.
Side-to-pocket. Or Maeda's speed in the first half or at the start of the second half,
or Keito's right foot hitting the side net, or Kubo's left foot.

As usual, it will be a boring game that relies on the players.
A loss is entirely possible.

That's all.

そもそも日本は無理して勝つ必要がありません。

それよりも選手の疲労を蓄積したり、ましてや怪我は絶対に避けるべき試合でした。
攻撃は最大の防御ですから、監督としての采配は十分に合格点でしょう。
