1. This room is twice as large as our living room.
2. This room is twice larger than our living room.
3. Thin room is twice the size of our living room.
のように３通りで書けると思いますが、

He is twice as old as my mother.
He is twice older than my mother.
両方可能ですか。

また3のように書くことはできますか。

アメリカ人の同僚に聞きました。

He is twice as old as my mother.　は正しいです。
He is twice older than my mother. ではなく　He is twice my mother's age. が正しいそうです。

基本的に、twice larger, twice older 等　twice ～er は

正しくないです。代わりに　two times　～er を使用します。 その他の質問の文はOKです。
