あの　今自分のpcが　ブルースクリーン状態になってます　この前ソフトをいれてしまったのかが問題とおもいます　　一応セーフモードなら　起動できるんですけど　自分のpcはお父さんの友達が作ったpcで自作pcなんです　ちなみに僕はまるっきりの初心者です　詳しく解説方法教えてくれるかた心からお願いましす・・・

インストールしたソフトがわかっているなら、セーフモードでアンインストールしてみたらどうですか？

その異常を解決するには、初心者では無理のようです。
最悪の場合は、リカバリです。
