「どちらも命に関わる病ではありません。
人にうつす病でもありません。
でも薬はずっと飲まなければいけません。
通院が必要になりますがアメリカの医療費は高いので心配です。」

Both of the illness are not life-threatening nor infectious diseases, but (one) must keep taking medicine(s). (One) must visit a doctor's office, and (I'm) worrried about the expences, for medical fees are expensive in States.

誰がかかっていて、誰が心配しているかわからないので、そのあたりは工夫してください。
