Especially remember 緊急地震速報 alert sounds
for cellphone(*),TV and radio (sound is not only one).
Alert sounds ringing very quickly over 震度4 area all
when over 震度5弱's first fast small wave(P波) recieved.
But you have under 10 sec until S波(本震) coming.
