長文ですが、英語に訳してください。

朝礼での一言を英語でしなければいけなくなりました。
英語がすごく苦手ですので、英文にしてください。

最近のニュースでとても気になるのが「高齢者の運転による交通事故の増加」です。
アクセルとブレーキを踏み間違えての事故、一旦停止すべき場所で停止しない為の事故や一方通行の逆走による事故など、大きな社会問題となっています。
原因としては加齢による注意力や判断力の低下、自分はまだ若いと思っているのが
大きな原因の様です。
私の父親は現在69歳、主人のお父さんは75歳といわゆる高齢者になり、今でもほぼ毎日運転をしている為、ニュースを耳にする度に他人事ではないと感じています。
そろそろ運転をやめさせると言うのも視野に入れて周りの家族と話し合って行きたいと思います。

It is like the big cause to think that drop of the concentration and the judgement by the aging, oneself are still young for a cause.
Because 69 years old, father of the master become 75 years old and so-called elderly person now, and my father still runs it approximately every day, I feel it whenever I hear news when it is not other people's affairs.
I put that I say that I stop driving in the field of vision and want to talk with the family of the circumference soon.
