という文章なんですが、spendの前のtoっていらなくないですか？
なんであるのか分かりません…。

形容詞用法で後置修飾です。

Even though they are almost always unhealthy,
彼らはほとんどいつも不健康ですが、

busy people and people who do not have a lot of money to spend
忙しい人や過ごすお金があまりない人は

end up feeding their children fast food four or more times a week.
週に4回以上、ファーストフードを子供たちに与えてしまいます。

この to は要りますね。

話者が「使うお金が」と言おうとしているからです。

~, busy people and people who do not have a lot of money to spend
ここまで主語で、「忙しい人や、消費するお金りますね。
話者が「使うお金が」と言おうとしているからです。

~, busy people and people who do not have a lot of money to spend
ここまで主語で、「忙しい人や、消費するお金があまりない人たちは」と言っています。

end がこの文のメインの動詞で、
end up ~ing で「～に終わる、結局～することになる」という意味です。

their children fast food four or more times a week.
これが feeding の間接目的語（their children）と直接目的語（fast food）と、さらに修飾語です。
「週に４回以上、ファストフードを子供たちに食べさせることになってしまう」
