はい。

譲歩・逆接の as の用法ですね。
動詞や形容詞、無冠詞の名詞、副詞を前に出します。
前に出すことを文法では「前置」と呼びます。

（因みに、前置しても、この譲歩の as の場合は倒置を伴いません。）

動詞の前置の際は、「通例 may, will, would を伴う」とプログレッシブ英和にあります。ご提示の例では might ですね。もうすっかり昔の話になりましたが、iKnow という英語学習サイトに "Try as they might, the stadium guards were unable to dampen the crowd's rowdiness nor to stop their boisterous cheers." という例がありました。

譲歩の as は次の形をとります。
（他にもあるけど、古くさい文章語なので省略）

(1) 程度の形容詞＋as＋S＋V
Young as he is (＝Though he is young), he is wise.
年は若いが賢明だ

(2) 原形動詞＋as＋主語＋may/might/will/would
Try as you may (＝However hard you may try), you will never succeed.
君はどんなに努力しても成功しないだろう.
