一般的ではありませんし、そもそも「Your mother's and brother's visit will be a lot of fun.」も「Enjoy it very much.」も一般的ではありません。

でも、通じなくはないし、たぶん前後の文脈などで通じていて結果オーライなのだと思います。どのみち、この類いの言葉は気持ちこそが大事なのですから。

もう一点気付きましたことは、母親と兄(弟)がそれぞれ別の所に住んでいて、やって来る時間なども別々であれば、"visit"は複数形にして"your mother's and brother's visits"とすべきであると思われますが、実例を調べてみましても単数形を使用しているものもあれば複数形を使用しているものもあり、あまり厳密に使い分けていないのかな、という感じがあります。

"mother and brother's"で検索してみますと"mother's and brother's"よりも遥かに用例数が多いことに気付きますが、これはやはり回答No. 2で述べられているように二人を一体として認識するか、それとも個別の存在として認識するかの違いによるものと思われます。

"mother and brother's visit"の例:
Her mind was divided between happiness over her mother and brother's visit and the impending trip to the sheriff's office.

これは単なる推測です。

your mother and brother's visitとすると、二人を一体化しているので、例えば同居している母と子がやって来る。
your mother's and brother's visitとすると、別々に住んでいる親子が、同じ時期にやって来る（visitが単数だから……）。
そういう意識的な差がでてるのかも知れませんね。

Googleで"mother's and brother's"を検索してみますと次のような書籍での文例が結構見つかりますので、とくに珍しい表現ではないようです:
