英文法についてです。
neitherを文中で使う時、動詞はbe動詞か助動詞であり、一般動詞は使えないのですか？
例えば、「彼はサッカーをしない、私もまたしない。」なら、
"He doesn't play soccer, and neither do I "
ではダメで、後半のdoをamにしなければいけないのですか？

その do は助動詞です。

一般動詞も使えます。

He doesn't play soccer, and neither do I.でOKです。

他の一般動詞の例文：
He didn't go, and neither did I.
彼は行かなかったし僕もだ。

My wife did not attend the party and neither did I.

動詞が play なら、その文で正解です。

neither do/can/has etc. someone:
“I don’t like him.” “Neither do I.”
“Sue can’t swim.” “Neither can Perry.”
