依頼していた資料を送ってくれたことに対しての返信です。

「ありがとうございました。内容を確認させていただき、不明な点があればまた連絡させていただきます」

これを英訳すると
Thank you for sending us the material we requested.
Let us check the contents.　If We have any questions, We will contact you again.

これでよろしいでしょうか？結びは　Best　Regard　でよろしいでしょうか？

何ら問題ありません。

普通の business 通信で使う表現です。

細かい点を言えば、If で始まる文中のWe は両方とも we、また結びのBest Regard は Best regards とします。

「material」は材料のことで、資料ではないでしょう。

素材サンプルを請求したのならいいですが。

「Let us check～」は「一緒に調べましょう」でしょ。
資料を送ってくれた相手と一緒に調べるものですか？

状況から考えると「Many thanks」でも良さそうですけど。
