confirm は「内容をチェックしそれで良いのか悪いのかを確認して相手に伝える」時に普通使うので、ご質問文の内容では質問がある時だけ相手に連絡するということなのでconfirm より check で良いと思います。また文末の「宜しくお願いします」は Thank you で良いです。
