How can I say in japanese that I have got the best score at the grammar test?
"私は全て合っていた"と言っても大丈夫ですか。

You: 「満点でした」→"I got a perfect score.”
No need to say「私は」, because it's about your score. Furthermore, 「は」may (or may not) imply hidden meaning. In this case,「私は満点でした」 may imply "but, (somebody else) wasn't."

You:「クラスで1番(or トップ)でした」→ "I was the best in my class!"

You:「私がクラスで1番(or トップ)でした」→Proudly, "I was the person who got the best score in my class."

You: 「私はクラスで1番(or トップ)でした」→"I was the best in my class." plus, it may contain some hidden meaning, such as: "Don't worry about me (but my brother, because he couldn't get a good score in his test.)", etc.

「私は全て合っていた」does not make sense as a stand alone sentence, because "「全て」of what" is missing. But it may work in some appropriate context, such as:
