提示文の表現の可否について

あなたに対する批判ではなく、この風習自体が差別的だという批判について話したい。

上記の日本文を私は上記の通り英訳しましたが、非常に違和感があります。

つきましては、次の点ご教示願います。
並列の規則等の資料があればurl添付いただけると有難いです。

①aboutが重複しているので、次のように前置詞aboutの次からnot...but....を配置することと、提示文のようにaboutの前から並列するのとどちらが自然なのでしょうか。

②criticismsは重複しているが、前者はabout youが続き、後者は同格のthat節が続くので、次の文章は、パラレリズムから難しいと思うのですが如何でしょうか。

③criticismsが重複しているので。後者を次のように、onesにすることは可能か。①②と重複しますが次の二文のどちらが可能なのでしょうか。
I want to talk not about criticisms against you, but about ones that this custom itself is discriminatory.（提示文）
I want to talk about not criticisms against you, but ones that this custom itself is discriminatory.（①が正しいのなら）

考えすぎだと思います。

「I don't want to talk about criticisms against you, but about criticisms that this custom itself is discriminatory.」でいいですね。

ご質問の例文のような趣旨のことを言うのであれば、

I don’t want to talk about criticisms against you, but about criticisms that this custom itself is discriminatory.
のように言うのが一番普通です。
