次の文章の英訳について

宜しくお願い致します。

英語圏の人と日本人のビジネスの形態についての話です。

As a defference,it is great the defference between a superior and an inferior,for instance,a costmer and a selesclerk in Japanese business.
「異なる点としては日本のビジネスでは目上と目下例えば顧客と販売員の差が大きい」

If a salesclerk apologizes as servant to his custmer,the custmer may feel being made fun of in English business.
「英語圏のビジネスでは販売員が土下座のように誤ると顧客は却って馬鹿にされたと感じるかもしれない」

という風に英訳したのですがおかしな点がありましたらご指摘ください。

補足です。

意味的には通じますが、him/herself、her/hisとする方が好ましいです。もしくは毎回sales-personを使うかですね。

前後の文章との関係も考慮しなければいけないとは思いますが、

One difference in the business model (customの方が合っているような気も...) between Japan and English-speaking countries is that in Japan, the sales-person tends to put him/herself lower than her/his customer, which creates a certain gap (distanceなども良いかも） between them.

前の方で「日本と英語圏のビジネス形態には似た点と異なる点がある」とし、似た点を説明した後で「では次に異なる点ですが...」と話しをもってくる場合には、
As for the difference, in Japanese business model (custom), the sales-person...
という感じにしても良いでしょう。
「目上と目下」に「a superior and an inferior」をあてるのは、この場合不自然な気がします。販売員は能無し（inferior）ではないですので。むしろ販売員は顧客に対し自らを「下に置き」そのことによって「顧客と販売員との間にある程度の差／距離が生まれる」とした方が良いのではないかと思います。

「英語圏のビジネスでは販売員が土下座のように謝ると顧客は却って馬鹿にされたと感じるかもしれない」
In the English-speaking countries, if the sales-person apologizes to her/his customer by prostrating her/himself on the ground（kneeling on the groundでもOK), the customer may take it as being insulted.
馬鹿にされたというのはこの場合insult（侮辱されたに近いです）が良いのではないでしょうか。

あと数点気づいた点ですが、
English businessだと英国式ビジネスということで、英語圏のビジネスにはならないと思います。
また、sales-personの三人称としてheを使われていますが、he/she（his/her、him/her）とするか、三人称を避けジェンダーフリーなタームを使われた方が良いでしょう。

In English speaker world of buisiness, if merchant shows his apology with vending as a servant, client may feel making fun of his pride.
