キリスト教の祈りの言葉について（英語→日本語）

食前のお祈りなどの最後に言われる言葉"For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."について。

これは聖書に載っている言葉なのでしょうか？
（いろいろ検索してみましたが、分かりませんでした）
日本語の定まった訳というのはあるのでしょうか。
ご存知の方、アドバイスをいただければ幸いです。

マタイ伝６．１３

「私たちを試みに会わせないで、悪しき者からお救いください。」
を補足した文です。
したがって、この日本文と対応している英語聖書には有りません。

英米の特定宗派の聖書に見られるのだと思います。

And never bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

フェリス出の家人は、

「国と力と栄えとは汝のものなればなり」
と言っておりましたね。
＃１のお答えにもありますが、マタイオスによる福音書本文には無く、「主の祈り」となるとき付くのが普通ですね。
ルターによるドイツ語訳では、
Denn dein ist das Reich und das Kraft und die Herrlichkeit in Ewigkei, Amen.
というので、少し雰囲気が違います。
