☆天気が良かったので散歩に出た。
Since it was fine,it appeared in the walk.

☆報道から判断すれば、彼は立派な人物らしい。
Seemingly he will be a splendid person it judges report.

☆あの娘はどうしても映画を見に行くと言って聞かない。
That daughter say go to the movie.

☆私の名を呼ばれるのを聞いた。
It heard calling my name.

☆私はそれを完成するのに三年かかった。
I spent completing for three year.

Since it was fine,it appeared in the walk. 

このSinceを使って、
Since the weather was great, I decided to go for a walk.
Since it was a super weather, I went out for a walk.
Since the weather was nice, I had a walk outside.

Since A, B.の形をとりましたが、AとBの組み合わせは自由です.　また、SinceをBecauseに変えることも出来ますね.

☆報道から判断すれば、彼は立派な人物らしい。 
Seemingly he will be a splendid person it judges report. 

According to the news, he seems to be an admirable/outstanding person.
報道をニュースとしてしまいました.

judgeを使うのであれば、
Judging from the reports/news, he seems to be a spledid person.とpink-poohsanさんの文章を変えてみました.

☆あの娘はどうしても映画を見に行くと言って聞かない。 
That daughter say go to the movie. 

娘を自分の娘（daughter)としなく、あの子、と言う意味ではないかと思い、文章を変えてみました.

That girl is(has been) insisting to go to the movies
That girl has set her mind to go to the movies and not even willing to change her mind!!

It heard calling my name. 

I heard someone calling my name.
I heard my name was called.

☆私はそれを完成するのに三年かかった。 
I spent completing for three year. 

I spent three years to complete it.
It took 3 years for me to coplete it.
I needed 3 years to finish it.

 最初っから「天気」の話をしていれば
「it was fine.=天気が良い」として用いられますが、
この場合、私的に、「it」をつかうのが不自然だと
思うので、
→Since the weather was fine, I went out for a walk.

報道から判断すれば、彼は立派な人物らしい。 
→Juding from the reports, he is such a splendid person.

あの娘はどうしても映画を見に行くと言って聞かない。 
That daughter say go to the movie. 
このままだと「あの娘は映画に行う！といっている。」
という和訳になります。彼女がどうしても
いきたい！！と主張している感じがたりないと思われる。
→That daughter says, she wants to go the movie too much!

私の名を呼ばれるのを聞いた。 
「誰がそれを聞いた？」という問に「I」ですよねえ。
だから、「I」を先において、
→I heard calling my name. 

私はそれを完成するのに三年かかった。 
I spent completing for three year. 
完成するのにかかった物とは何かの「subject」がぬけています。
あと「complete」は動詞として使ったほうがベターです。
→I spent three years to complete it.
