「申請用紙は既にアドバイザーにチェックしてもらい、問題ないとのことでした。他のアドバイザーにもチェックしてもらいましたが、やはり問題なく、よく書けているとのことでした。」

「なかなか申請が通らないのは、やはり私が外国人だからでしょうか？他の外国人も同じように苦労しているのでしょうか？今の私にできることは何でしょうか？一体何に問題があるのか見当が付きません。正直、かなり焦っています。」

The application form/letter has already been checked by an advisor and it was said that there was no problem. It has also been checked by other advisors and still, it was said that there was no problem and that it was well written.

Is it because that I'm a foreigner so that the application still hasn't passed? Have other foreigners tried as hard as I have tried? What can I do now? I'm not able to tell where the problem is. To tell the truth, I'm quite anxious right now.
