過去完了について

I hadn’t really thought about .....はI didn't really think about......とは言えないのでしょうか？どんな違いがありますか？よろしくお願いします

現在完了の継続、ここは否定「ずっと～していない」で、

厳密な継続じゃないですが、
その継続が「今まで」の継続なのに対して、
ここは until 過去で「過去までずっと～しなかった」

大過去的な過去完了は過去でたいていすみますが、
完了・経験・継続という完了時制は過去では代用できません。
