補足させていただきます。

You indicated that ~. =SVOです。Oがthat節で、その中に完全な文が来ます。
the material ... will be used .... =SVの受動態です。
encyclopedia の次に which is が省略されているとお考え下さい。この省略は頻繁に起きます。
