Iteneraryの文ですが、with tour~to followの構文がいまいち掴みにくいのですが、解説頂ければ幸いです。またWalk to dinner at~の部分ですが、これは慣用表現というか文を省略した簡易表現でしょうか？
また、

,to be used,from Mr.Alves Meetの部分ですが、ここは不定詞（形容詞用法）との理解でよろしいでしょうか？また、カンマをto前に置いているのはrecive A from Bのfromを区切って示すために用いてられているとの理解でよろしいでしょうか？

with X to follow は「 X が続く（続くXを伴って）」の意味で、ここでは、直前の昼食の後に、引き続いて博物館の展示品ツアーがあります、と言っています。

Walk to dinner at ~ 夕食にレストランまで徒歩（歩く／歩きます）。上の Meet at ~ と同じく、単に動作を言うための原形と解釈して良いと思います。予定の段取りを書いたもので、表示すべき〈時制（現在・過去・未来）〉と〈時間的様態（継続・完了）〉が何もないからです。

to be used ~ の to不定詞句は meal vouchers を説明している形容詞的用法と言えますね。 カンマは、そうですね、最後のに from Ms. Alves も見失われないように、読みやすいように区切ったのですね。

Native Arts（の見学）には、Centrに11時45分に集合して美術館のカフェでランチ、そのあと美術館のコレクションのツアーになります（with~~~~to followで、「そのあとに～～～～が続く」という意味です）。

Walk to dinner at~は、～～～でのディナーまで徒歩で行く。Walk to Amapa Restaurant for dinner　と同じ意味ですが、Itineraryの場合には、日本語でもそうですが、簡潔に書いてありますよね。

Check in and receive meal vouchers to be used tat eather of the hotel's restaurants for breakfast,from Mr.Alves 
これも連絡事項的な簡略、かつ文法などにとらわれない自然な書き方なので、（メールなどでもそうですが）Mr. Alvesを最後に付け加えた感じですね。Vouchersの説明が長いので、こうなってしまったのだと思います。

tat eather はat any of the hotel's restaurants　のタイプミスでしょうね。
