今年中に。

くだらん質問ですがお願いします。
”今年中に～したい”の今年中と言うのは、this yearだけでいいんでしょうか？？
お願いします。

"not later than this year end" というのは？

"by the end of this year"，"thru the end of this year"，"before the this year end"，簡単には"within this year"．「～」の内容にもよります．お好きなニュアンスで．
今年なら"this year"でしょうが，今年「中」ならちょっと違いますよね．

within this year. でいいと思います。

If you have something you want to do in the new coming year, you have to start preparing for it within this year.
”来る新しい年に何か新しくやりたいことがあるなら、今年の内に準備を始めなくてはいけない。”

I’d like to get married within this year.
"今年のうちに結婚したい。”
