What this means

When one or more ratings is below 4.3, your listings may appear lower in search results and you won't be able to register new accounts until your ratings in all four categories are 4.3 or above. If any of your ratings falls below 4.1, you won't be able to list new items.

４．３という必要最低限の売りの成績を下回りました。

この意味は、
一つないしそれ以上の評価項目が４．３を下回ったときは、
あなたの評価が４つ全ての項目で４．３かそれ以上になるまで、
検索結果ではより下位に表示され、
また、新しい口座（もしくは顧客）を登録できない。
もし、評価項目のうち一つでも４．１を下回ったら
新しい商品を載せることができなくなる。
