抗議の英文メール・・・

「まず、お伺いしたいのですが、なぜ支払い期日が毎月遅れるのでしょうか。
それによって、支払い先から毎月クレーームが発生しています。

支払い期日に間に合わない理由があれば教えてください。
ただし、それが人的要因なら改善策を考え、教えてください。

日本では支払いが遅れることは、会社の信用問題になります。
早急に回答並びに改善策を、私に提供してください。」


っと書きたいのですが、簡単な文章でもかまいません。是非早急にお願いしたいと思います。

Let me ask you first, why your payment is delayed every month?

This causes much complaint from our customers every month.

Can you tell me the reason for not meeting the deadline?
If this is a human factor, please tell me how you're going to improve it.

In Japan, payment delay risks ruining your credibility.
Please replay to this email ASAP and tell me about your improvement plan.
