「参加者全員が送迎バスに入りきらない可能性があるため、車を出して下さる方はお申し出ください。（車を出して下さる方大歓迎！）」

非常に丁寧な英語にしました。

We are afraid that all the participants could not get in to the pick-up bus.
We would appreciate it highly if you could provide your car and inform us of your name.

Could you tell me if you can take participants there by your car,

because all the participants may not get on a pickup bus.
