を英訳したいです。お願いします。

This is our report on the investigation into and study of the causing mechanism of foaming defects, which have been found to be the most common defects during the molding process, and our proposed prevention of the defects.

逐語的に訳すと、日本語英語になってしまいますのである程度意訳してあります。
なおご参考までに、「成形」 はmolding, forming, castingなどの方法により使い分けられます。射出成形の場合は moldingです。　また発生メカニズムの「発生」にはoccurrence, generating, causeなどが充てられますが、ここでは「原因」の意味のcauseが良さそうと思われます。
