I am a teacher at a large high school, and typically only interact with those in my wing of the school. On the first day we returned from break, I bumped into "Polly" while signing in and cheerfully asked, "How was your [vacation]?" She glared at me and stomped away. I'm sure I gave her a frown in return at the perceived rudeness. A week or so later, I remembered the incident and looked her up on Facebook. We were friends, but I had muted her postings since she posted quite frequently.

1　my wing of the schoolはどのような意味でしょうか？
2　perceived rudenessは「目に見えてわかった失礼さ」くらいでしょうか？

1. 成田空港へ行ったことがありますか。

North WingとかSouth Wingとか呼ばれている建物の部分がありますね。建物がただの長方形とかでなく、翼のような形（上から見た場合）には、その突起した部分をWingと呼ぶので、この場合も高校の建物の、この先生のクラスルームのある翼の部分のことです。
２. 「（私が）感じた（彼女の）失礼な態度（つまり足を踏みならして立ち去ったこと）」なのだと思います。
３. 私はFacebookをしないので、知らなかったのですが、聞くところによると、誰かがアップデート（ポスティング）するたびに連絡が入りうるさいので、Mute機能を使ってブロックすることができるそうなのです。これでPollyのムッとした態度が理解できますね（笑）。
