省略とか、そんな立派なものではないと思います。

what God [is] calling us to do through Khmer traditional arts form to Lokru and Neakru and their daughter
のisを誤って落としてしまった、単純な誤記でしょう。

ここのところは、「クメール伝統芸術形式を通じてLokruとNeakruとその娘に何をせよと神が我々にお命じになっているのか」とでも解釈するのでしょう。
