英語で何と表現するのでしょうか？

工事後３か月点検　は英語で何といえばよいのでしょうか？
after construction なのか　post-constructionを使うのかよく解りません。
宜しくお願い致します。

Inspection 3 months after constructionですね。

afterの方が良いかもしれません。
