エイズ判定セットの使い方誰か教えて下さい

通信販売の代行輸入業者から　　INSTRUCTIONS WHOLE BLOOD TESTING
　Ｍｅｄｍｉｒａ　　Ｌａｂｏｒａｔｏｒｉｅｓ　　と書いてある説明書　（英語）が,入っているのですが、よく解りません。誰か使用経験のある方か,使用方法詳しくご存知の方,お願いします。

結構専門的な用語が多くて私の力ではあまりお役に立てないと思います。

「INSTRUCTIONS WHOLE BLOOD TESTING 」は「総合的な血液検査の説明書」、「Ｍｅｄｍｉｒａ　　Ｌａｂｏｒａｔｏｒｉｅｓ」の「Ｍｅｄｍｉｒａ」は固有名詞と思われるので「メドゥミラ研究所」とするのが適当ではないかと思います。

と、ここまではお分かりだと思うので内容を書いていただけますか？

どうも有り難う御座います。全文にするとすごく長いのですが，翻訳ソフトで訳しましたがどうもわかりづらく，ずうずうしいのですが，ここに全文記載さして頂きます。もしわかりやすく，訳していただけると，非常に助かりますので。よろしくお願い致します

3Minute Antigen Sensitized membrane Immunoassay for Direct Datection of HIV 1 &2 Antibodies.
Read instructions before proceeding to the test .
Follow all steps exactly.
When adding solution to the device allow the solution to soak in completely before proceeding to the next step.


Each white foil pack contations all the components for aconplete test.
2pipettes 1white test tray
1lancet pin 1buffer solution bottle
1 glass vial 1 blue filter unit


1,Add 6Drops of buffer solution to the
Glass vial　Mix to form a rose pink solution. Discard if a bluish discol -oration occurs.

2,Add 3Drops of buffer solution to the center of the blue filter unit. Wait for the solution to sink through.

3,Prick the end of the index finger with pin .
Squeeze gently to increase blood flow.Use the pipette to draw (suck) blood in to the stem.

4,Add ! drop of the whole blood sam-ple to the center of the blue filter unit ,
Allow all the blood to sink through the filter,

5,Then add another 3drops of buffer solution to the center of the
blue filter unit (same as illustration 2)

6,Remove the blue filter unit from the white test tray.
Add 3drops of buffer solution directly to the center of the tray.

7,Use second clean pipette to draw(suck) all the pink solution into the stem.

8,Squeeze the pipette to release all the pink solution (at least 4 drops) to the center of the white test tray.

9,Add 3 or more drops of buffer solu-tion to the center of the white test tray .Then,read result.


RESULT
POSITIVE shows a distinct red dot in the center of the circle.

NEGATIVE show a clear with a light pinkish background
