ブラウザで英文が文字化けしてしまいます

InternetExploreでNewYorkTimsを見ているのですが、どうしても下記のように文字化けして表示されてしまいます。これを直すにはどうしたらいいのでしょうか？私が現在使っているOSはWindowsXP、ブラウザはInternetExplore7.0で、いずれも最新状態です。
