外国人の小さいお子さんに薬を処方する際の保護者への説明に関して、英語に訳していただけませんか。


1、「この薬はアレルギーを抑え、たんを切る薬です」

2、「適量の水又は白湯に溶かし、1日3回毎食後に飲ませてください」

3、「服用間隔は4時間以上おいてください」

5、「熱が出なければ通常通りの生活が可能です」
