ビデオゲームをする事について

ビデオゲームの悪い所

・目に良くない
・長時間やると肩が疲れる
・子供の発達に悪影響を及ぼす危険がある
・寝不足の原因になる
・姿勢が悪くなる


だからビデオゲームを長時間するのは良くない。ほどほどにした方が良い

御質問の内容はビデオゲームの悪いところのみとなっていますので、「ビデオゲームをすることによる悪影響」をそのままタイトルにしても宜しいのでないかと考えました。

The bad effects of video gaming
・causes eye and vision problems
・causes stiffness in shoulders
・may stunt children's development
・causes lack of sleep
・causes poor posture

This is why I say stop over-playing and recommend video gaming in moderation.

という感じではいかがでしょうか。

On video game playing

Bad points

1. Bad for the eyes
2. Shoulders get stiff from long hours of playing
3, Danger of bad influence on children's developement
4. Causes lack of sleep
5. Debelopos a bad posture

So I recommend one uses caution in playing computer games.
