そして朝、復習し覚えたか確認するという流れをテスト前は繰り返します。

I remember writing many times before I go to bed to memorize English words and kanji. And in the morning, I repeat the flow of checking to see if you remember the test before.

On the eve of the test I usually memorize English words and Chinese characters and so on by writing them.

In the morning of the test I review them and confirm whether I remember them.
They are my pre-test habits.

書くよりも、手を動かすだけで、頭のなかで反復するほうが効率的だと思います。
