カスのような人間を相手にしている時間があるなら、そう言う人間を相手にしない強さを私自身が身に付けたい、このニュアンスに添って、英訳してみました。

I don’t have a lot of time so if I have relation together with idiot people then I’d lose a lot of time. I think that idiot category’s people never make a good impression me, I then I’d think, need more strong mental development in my life.
