「四季でどの季節が一番好きですか？」なら、Which season do you like the best？

（最上級を使う。）
「夏と冬、どちらが好きですか？」なら、
Which do you like better, summer or winter？
（比較級を使って、付加疑問文を作る。）

I like winter. に対する疑問文としては、which season ~ が妥当だろうと思います。

後者は、which (do you like) season the better？な感じがします。
