Question.
Reccomend a place for foreign tourists to visit and explain the reason why you recommend it.

Answer.
I recommend shopping malls in urban areas like Tokyo and Osaka. Tourists can enjoy shopping and many kind of services. I reccomend them because "omotenashi," hospitality of Japan is famous and popular among many foreigners. Especially beauty salon will provide excellent service which everyone will be satisfied with the time they spend there.

英語的にはいいと思います。

ただ、内容的に、ショッピングモールは海外のどこにでもありますし、外国人がわざわざ日本の美容サロンに行きたいとも思えません。美容サロンの従業員に英語が通じるとも思えませんし。
