twitterでみた文章なのですが、placed on it included がよく分かりません。　どんな構造なのでしょうか？

[now placed on it included] で placeされるのは time limit, it は data のことで、挿入句としてtime limit にかかっていると見なすと分かりやすいと思います。included は、話の途中に挿入する Old people, me included, .... (年寄りは、私も含めて、....）と言ったりする included の使い方と同じです。

『新型コロナの現在の波と第一波との間の死者数の正確な比較ができるよう期限無しで（現在付けられた期限も含め）死者のデータにどこかアクセスできるかどうか誰か知っていますか？』
