迷惑料ですから罰金と同じようなものです。ターミナルを出て行くまで、遅延金は加速的に増えて行きますよ、ということ。

The fee will be assessed on all containers dwelling for 9 days or more on truck moves. The 9th day will be the first charge day.
ですから、9日以上係留すると、最初の請求日以降、$100/day ずつincrementsで請求されるということです。課金が3日分の場合というのは、9日目($100)、10日目($200)、11日目($300)のことですから、合計で$600 となります。
