辞書等を引くと、insist「主張する、言い張る」 は後ろに…

① 自動詞 → 前置詞 on + 名詞/ 動名詞
② 他動詞 → that節
をとることができます。
少なくとも原形“go”のままということは
ありえないでしょう。

① → She insisted on her never going to the station.
② → She insisted that she would never go to the station.
