「をもって合格とさせていただきます」などの英訳

こんにちは。
いつもお世話になります。

下記の英訳をしています。
契約に関するもので良訳か思い浮かばず、お知恵を貸してください。
できれば、今日中に仕上げたいと思っております。
「ご承知おきください」「合格とします」など、どのように訳すのが
よいでしょうか？よろしくお願いいたします。

* 検査要領および検収条件は、原則として下記といたします.
(ただし、一部の検査項目を省略させていただく場合もありますのでご承知おき下さい。）
The following discribes the guidelines of conditions for acceptance and the inspection procedure in principle.
Note that some inspection items may be skipped.
（または Consent that some inspection items may be skipped.）
このような文に命令形（Note that～）は不向きでしょうか？

*当社記載の加工仕様に準じて加工した場合、当社記載の精度内をもって合格とさせていただきます。
Workpieces are machined following our machining specification.
By fulfilling the conditioin in the submission of the document concerning machining specifications, it is considered as the acceptance.

*下記事項発生の場合は追加見積させていただきます。
Additional quotation will be required with the cases below.

*その他、詳細については更に具体化した時点で決めさせていただきます。
Details will be decided from the point where the issue is in concrete form.
「詳細は別途話し合いのうえで」という意味で直訳しないでもよいのですが。。。

ちょっと具体的になりますが以下も教えてください。
*本機使用個所までの電源及びエアー源引き込み工事
Leading-in work for power source and air source to the place the machine installed

難しい内容を噛み砕いて良く訳されました。

　出来るだけ、原訳を活かして手直しを入れてみました。　＃１の方と両方参照下さい。　原則的に、この文章では言い足りない点が沢山あります。　

一番良いのは欧米の契約社会の企業の見積書などを参照にして、ものの考え方を学ぶことです。　契約書はただ思い浮かべることを書き記して、後は別途協議。　これが日本流ですが、これは国際社会では通用しません。　

The information have shown the terms and conditions for acceptance and inspection procedure. Please be notified that some inspection items may be left out (or omitted).

省略する、割愛するは、leave out, omitが適切と考えます。　スキップは
To move by hopping on one foot and then the other　女の子が野原を弾むように走っていくイメージの言葉です。

*当社記載の加工仕様に準じて加工した場合、当社記載の精度内をもって合格とさせていただきます。
Work pieces fabricated in strict conformity with the machining specifications set forth by us are deemed to be officially accepted by us as final when fulfilling the conditionｓ of our documents.

*下記事項発生の場合は追加見積させていただきます。
Additional cost estimation will be submitted by us in case of needs mentioned below.

*その他、詳細については更に具体化した時点で決めさせていただきます。
Detailed terms and conditions shall be determined carefully weighing the concrete form of the project to be settled down by our mutual consent.

早速のレスポンス多謝です。

1)
「当社記載の精度内をもって」は、当社で決めた精度の範囲内に
値があればという意味なのですが、よいでしょうか？


此処は故意に詳細には訳出しませんでした、と云うより別掲の「machining specifications」上に「加工精度の範囲」が明示されているはずですから、その「specifications」に沿って精度加工されてるというのは自明と解釈しました。

2)
Additional expenses would be subject to our re-estimate
は追加費用は再見積が条件ですという和文ですね。

subject to ~~~はいろんな意味がありますが、下記を参考にして下さい、此処では「~~~を前提としています」の意味です。　subject to ~~~はいろんな場面で使えます。

「ご承知おきください」というのは訳さなくてもいい部分なんですね。
そういう部分がなかなか見抜けません。
