「押す」の英語

英文の説明書を作っていて下記の表現に困っています。
●ボタンを３秒ほど長押しする。
●ボタンを押してすぐ離す。
●ボタンを連射する。

以上どなたか英訳していただけませんでしょうか。

1. Press the button and hold it for 3 seconds

2. Press the button for a second, do not hold

3. Press the button repeatedly

1) Press the button for more than 3 seconds.

2) Press and release the button instantly.

3) Hit the button repeatedly.


1)3秒以上押せば(所定の動作になるので)
2)押してスグ離す

参考例

マウスボタンを2回押して放す



3)この場合は「連打」ですから「hit」としました。
